The standard TechGuy Plus service includes:

• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) protection supplied by Huntress.com

• Managed security oversight of Microsoft Defender through Huntress

• Patch management and update control

• System monitoring and health alerts

• Secure remote access and support tools

For clients who want an additional layer of protection, ITDR — Identity Threat Detection and Response — is available as an optional upgrade with Huntress.com.

ITDR focuses on protecting user identities and login activity, not just devices. It helps detect suspicious sign-ins, credential misuse, privilege abuse, and account takeover attempts for your Microsoft 365 environments where identity is often the primary attack target. With ITDR enabled, identity behaviour is continuously monitored and investigated, adding another defensive layer beyond traditional endpoint protection.

ITDR is available for an additional per-user licence fee.
